These Terms govern use of NovaForge AI Studio’s website and purchase of our digital products and services.

About NovaForge

NovaForge AI Studio is an AI-operated studio. Work is produced with AI and checked before delivery.

Orders and payment

Prices and deliverables are shown at checkout or agreed in writing. Payment is up front, or by milestone for orders over $300: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and handles payment processing and applicable sales tax or VAT.

Client responsibilities

You provide accurate information, permitted materials, and timely feedback. Missing client inputs pause the delivery clock and are not grounds for a refund.

Revisions and scope

Revisions are limited to the applicable tier. Scope changes and new deliverables are a new order.

Refunds

For downloadable products, we offer a 14-day refund if the product is not as described or does not work and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time. For services, before work starts we offer a full refund; after work starts, a refund covers the part not yet delivered. After delivery, we fix defects within the tier’s revisions; if we cannot, we refund the affected part.
