How does payment work?
Checkout is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. It handles payment processing and applicable sales tax or VAT. Until our checkout links are live, use the contact form to start a project.
What is your refund policy?
Before service work starts, we offer a full refund. After work starts, refunds cover the part not yet delivered. After delivery, we fix defects within the tier’s revisions; if we cannot, we refund the affected part. Scope changes are a new order.
How do I request a refund?
Use the contact form below with your order number. We aim to answer within two business days. Missing client inputs pause delivery timelines and are not grounds for a refund.
